What does a room with seventeenth-century vaults feel like?
Vaults, arches and natural light on the ground floor of a historic building in Via Alloro 64, a few steps from Palazzo Abatellis and the Spasimo. The room reconfigures itself around the event: rows of seats, tables for group work, islands for a reception. Around it, the rest of the space — meeting rooms, a fitted kitchen and an inner courtyard — opens up when more room is needed.

Meetings
How many are you?
Board meetings, assemblies, interviews and video calls, but also end-of-project toasts and informal gatherings. Two meeting rooms besides the event room, a fitted kitchen and an inner courtyard.

The whole venue
For workshops, courses and custom events
With dynamic, standing-room events capacity grows; renting the whole venue for a workshop can host even more people seated for group work, spread across the coworking's rooms with plenary moments in the event room. This kind of event usually happens outside the coworking's opening hours (evenings and weekends), except in special cases where the whole venue can be set aside during opening hours too. The price is worked out together, based on times, duration and assistance needed.

For the city
neu [nòi] isn't just a room for hire: it's a social promotion association bringing culture to the historic centre of Palermo since 2012. Organising an event here means finding people who live in this space every day — who know where the chairs go, who to call when a supplier arrives, how to tell the city about a gathering. What you pay doesn't stay an isolated cost: it supports the association's activities, its cultural projects and the neighbourhood's community welfare. The space is LGBTQIA+ friendly and open to everyone.
