3. Third-party services used
The site relies on the following Google services, which act as independent data controllers under their own privacy notices:
- Google Analytics 4 — website usage statistics, active only after your explicit consent.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — protects the contact form from automated spam.
- Google Maps — map embedded on the Contact page to show our location.
These services are provided by Google LLC and may involve a transfer of data to the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For more information: Google's privacy policy.
4. Where and how we process data
The site is hosted on servers based in Italy/EU. Messages received through the contact form are stored in the site's database and accessible only to authorised association staff through a password-protected admin panel.
5. How long we keep data
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, absent further interaction, for no more than 24 months from submission, unless otherwise required by law. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see point 7).
6. Who we share data with
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed by: authorised association staff and volunteers, our hosting provider (as data processor), and the Google services listed in point 3, strictly for the purposes described.
7. Your rights
At any time you can exercise, by writing to coworking@neunoi.it, the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR:
- access to your personal data and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure ("right to be forgotten"), within the limits provided by law;
- restriction of or objection to processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated over time, for example if new services are connected to the site. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
